Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Milk Stout. It’s a mouthful. And currently in primary fermentation. I have great hopes for this beer, and its one I wanted to try brewing as soon as I started brewing. Using the Oatmeal Milk Stout I’ve brewed 3 times now as a base, I added 9oz of brown sugar and some Maple extract to the boil. In the future I will probably use actual maple syrup, but I already had the extract. The basement smells like maple.
